How long does export documentation take?
The core set (invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, bill of lading) is prepared within 2 to 3 business days of loading. Regulated certificates like phytosanitary and consular attestation typically add 3 to 7 business days.
What is a phytosanitary certificate and who issues it?
It is a plant health certificate confirming the shipment is free of quarantine pests. In Nigeria it is issued by the Nigeria Agricultural Quarantine Service (NAQS) after inspection.
Do you handle GSP and ECOWAS certificates of origin?
Yes. We coordinate GSP Form A for eligible destination markets and ECOWAS certificates for West African trade.
